SPR# TOKA5PYCTN - Fixed a problem where a blank line was removed when sending a message from the Draft view. This regression was introduced in 6.5.2.

This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# TOKA5PYCTN and was
initially addressed in Domino Web Access 6.5.1. A regression was introduced in
release 6.5.2 and fixed in Domino Web Access 6.5.5
